The stool is great and helps alleviate pain.  The seat cushion is a bit firm and takes some getting used to.  It can irritate the tailbone at times if used for long periods of time.

I was looking for an ergonomic stool that I can use with my standing workstation. This was highly rated and priced right. It came within a very short delay and was super easy to put together. It took a day to get used to but I'm thoroughly delighted with how it allows me to sit actively, putting the weight on the right spot so that my back isn't strained.
